**Why do you think it’s important to be a part of FastighetsMässan Stockholm 2025?**
FastighetsMässan gives us, as a manufacturer of security products, a unique opportunity to listen to the market. It’s fantastic to meet both end customers who are already using our products and those who are curious to learn more. We gain valuable insights into their needs regarding security and easy access to properties, which helps us develop even better solutions.

**What are you most looking forward to as an exhibitor at the fair?**
We have previously exhibited at the fairs in Gothenburg and Malmö, and we really appreciate the format. There’s a great buzz on the exhibition floor with many curious visitors and interesting speakers on stage. We look forward to experiencing the same positive energy and networking opportunities in Stockholm.

**What trends do you see in the industry right now?**
With an increasing sense of insecurity in society, we see that perimeter protection is becoming increasingly important. Many housing associations are looking for modern, reliable solutions to secure their properties.

**When you think about the future of the real estate industry, what comes to mind?**
The future of the real estate industry will be characterized by a smart and seamless integration of security and convenience. Digitalization and intelligent solutions are becoming increasingly important, and I believe that more properties will invest in solutions that both protect and simplify management. The need for innovative perimeter protection and easy access will be central, especially at a time when security is becoming a greater priority.

**What products or services will you be showcasing at the fair?**
Our focus is on offering uncomplicated security. We will showcase smart break-in protection with built-in electromagnetic locks that make it very difficult for unauthorized individuals to break in. These are perfect for main entrances and shared spaces. Additionally, we will display our range of electromagnetic locks, which can be installed on the inside of exterior doors and are hidden from potential burglars. Given the recent trend of cylinder attacks, where lock cylinders are targeted, this is a safe and reliable solution.
