Solid state batteries
Raymond Solid State technology is a major technological leap and provides several advantages:
Much higher level of security. The Solid State technology counteracts thermal rush and the batteries have been tested and exposed to nails, cut into pieces, etc. without them starting to burn. This is a major problem with today’s lithium batteries when batteries are installed indoors. Raymond’s Solid State batteries eliminate these problems.
Highest energy density on the market. Within the car industry, car manufacturers have in recent months launched electric cars with Solid State technology that provide a range of 100-150 miles.
Higher in and discharge power. Our batteries are required to have the best specs for FLEX and STÖD services and have a C rate of 1.
Raymond’s Solid State batteries are IP rated.
Simple installation where each battery module is connected with a quick connector and without any wiring
Each battery module is 5.4kWh and in one unit can be expanded between 10.8-32.4kWh.
Each unit has a built-in BMS, which means that you can easily gradually expand your battery stock and mix older and newer modules without problems.
Raymond’s battery stock is from the start certified against Solis, DEYE and Victron’s high-voltage inverters of 10-50kW, but will be certified against several in 2024.
Raymond’s Solid State batteries now have optimized packages to maximize revenue against 16A, 20A, 25A, 35A and 63A fuse sizes. Can also be combined into larger systems.
